As a Senior Yoga Instructor (Hannah) and Postpartum Wellbeing Therapist (Selina), we recognise the many adjustments accompanying new parenthood. Together, we have developed a nurturing environment where you can engage in gentle, supportive yoga to move, heal, and bond with your baby, all while fostering emotional wellness—complete with plenty of smiles from your little one. In a world filled with various parent and baby groups, we aimed to create a space specifically centered on your postpartum healing and well-being, while remaining flexible and inclusive for your baby​
